I have the same problem as Ramiro described. That Glyphsapp is trying to interpolate between my roman and italic weights. I only want it to interpolate between Light - Black and Light italic - Black italic. Was there a solution found to this problem? Thank you!

You need to set the instances to exactly the same coordinates as the corresponding masters. That should work.
And add an “Enforce Compatibility Check” custom parameter on the font and uncheck it.
