No anchor cloud is shown for contextual anchors

Anchor cloud is shown for regular anchors but not for contextual anchors (anchors prefixed with *). I have vague memory of this working before, but I may be misremembering.

I fixed it. I also added a cloud for anchors with a dot-suffix.

It looks like this didn’t make it to the latest cutting edge release (3317).

FWIW, the latest version of ShowAnchorCloud plugin supports contextual anchors.
