Office doesn't recognize type

I’ve created a typography in Glyphs, works very well in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop), but Office doesn’t recognize, and some applications such as TextEdit in Mac doesn’t recognize some glyphs… Any way to solve this problem so that typography work on all software and platforms?

Well, clean the cache worked! Thank you… But there are still problems with the glyphs for the quotation marks, are the only ones that don’t work, still don’t appear in Office… in Adobe Suite there is no problem… Any idea?
