Glyphs 2 beta Version 2.6.5 (1322)
Opening an individual glyphs using CMD-T seems to change active tool to T, thus cleaning the glyph window instead of showing the selected glyph.
EDIT: Looks like it also changes masters
Not really sure what the problem is.
Can you describe in Steps what you are trying to do, what happens, and what you expect?
I tried it and it worked as expected

- I close the tab using CMD-W,
it changes masters - then I open the tab using CMD-T,
windows is blank, active tool changed

OT: Are videos supported (to upload to the forum instead of GIFs)?
Can you try to start without plugins (hold down Option+Shift when you start the app). And when the tab is still open, switch masters and tools once (selector the bold master and back to the light and the same with a tool.

I don’t know if this is what is going on in your case, but I can replicate this if I release the Command key before releasing the T key, effectively triggering the T shortcut after switching tabs.
