OS/2 xAvgCharWidth set to 0 in monospace export

Hello, this is a new issue, at least it hasn’t been flagged by Fontbakery previously.

I am working on the exports of a monospace family and Fontbakery is (rightfully) complaining that the OS/2 xAvgCharWidth is set to 0, when this is not the case.

Any reason this is so? Thanks!
