OTF export error on older macOS (10.13.x or earlier)

I think that the target users are few, but I will report it just in case.

The following error occurs when exporting OTF (PostScript/CFF) on older macOS (10.13.x or earlier).

This error occurs in version 3210 and later. (Version 3212 is the same)
This error did not occur in version 3209.
This error does not occur on macOS Mojave (10.14.x) or later.
