Output on Glyphs4 has problems, G3 works just fine

I have a family of fonts (3 masters) created in G3 that I opened in G4 and tried to output, but got an error message on “remove overlap” the A glyphs. I opened the same file in G3 and it output with no problem.

I have the same issue. Albeit with another glyph.
