Doesn’t help, now components are missing. Although I don’t think it’s a LayerGeek issue.
There is a bug in 873 that prevented components from decomposing and exporting correctly. Georg fixed that already for the upcoming beta. You could try a PreFilter with LayerGeek;decomposeComponents.
This looks like it’s broken still in Version 2.3b (879): the overlaps are not being removed at export still? or was it not fixed yet:

I added a LayerGeek;cleanUpPath() and that fixes it for now.
