Overlay & Color Fonts

Hello friends, How can I export a font color to work this way? I did this in fontlab. How do I do it with glyphs?
If someone has any tutorial, it would be very helpful. I copied this and pasted from illustrator and exported. Is there any way to do the same in glyphs?

If you want to use it in Adobe software, it must be an SVG. You can either create a CPAL/COLR font and also derive an SVG from that with a respective parameter, or place readymade SVG graphics. In the first case, you can copy and paste from AI but you will need to make adjustments inside the app afterwards (probably scaling and positioning), whereas in the latter case, you can export SVG files and drag them in afterwards. Depending on how you organized the graphics in AI, one method will be more convenient. Both are linked and/or described in the SVG tutorial:
