Pixel tool co-ordinates bug

I have a couple of fonts using the Pixel Tool where it seems to lose the co-ordinates. To place a pixel I need to place the cursor to the left of where I want to place the pixel. I’ve tried the script to correct rotated and flipped pixels, but this doesn’t solve it.

I’m happy to provide example files or video if it helps.

Cannot reproduce in app version 3.0.5 (3129). Can you check if your pixel glyph is correctly placed? At x=0, y=0, and with correct path direction?

The pixel was not at 0,0. It must have moved when I was messing around with the metrics. It works now. Thanks!
