On smaller screens (e.g. 13" MacBook) the palette plugins easily overflow the height of the right sidebar. Please implement a scrollbar so the palettes at the end of the list can be used.

You know you can collapse palette items not in use?
Collapsing some sections is still annoying compared to just scrolling
