Plugin Manager vs. Little Snitch

hi all–i doubt this will impact many folks, but Little Snitch (a security app) does not like that the plugin manager talks to github without a code signature in place, and will repeatedly show this popup, never allowing you to open the Plugin Manager window.

if anyone else is experiencing this: open little Snitch’s rules manager and uncheck “require valid code signature”.

The plugin manager uses the git client that is locally installed. So this tool would need the signature. Glyphs itself is code signed, at leasts the version from our website is.

thanks, i forgot entirely that was a 3rd party install. i just reinstalled to check; its package installed isn’t code signed.

figured this one out: just needed a fresh developer command line tools installation (which installs a signed git). I think I forgot to check it when I upgraded to High Sierra.
