Because the UI is not scroll-able, if you have a long list and are working on, for example, a laptop with a short screen resolution, there is no way (that I could find) to interact with the buttons at the bottom of the list.
I fixed it. But you should find simpler rules. This can slow down the app. And the first three fields are empty. So either add some values or remove those rows.
