Problems with Kerning when exporting through Glyphs Mini

When I’m exporting a font that I’ve done pair kerning on and compressed it etc, the kerning is completely off in Adobe Illustrator. Basically not one letter is kerned properly.

This is on a deadline, so I’m starting to get a smidge of panic about it. I’ve tried pretty much everything.

Would be very grateful for an answer/solution. Thank you.

Some things to consider checking:

  • Verify that Kerning in Adobe Illustrator is enabled and set to Metrics Kerning.
  • There could be a font cache issue if you’ve previously installed the font. Try a new name or look at the tutorials below.
