Problems with Line Height in Figma

Hi,
I have a problem with Line Height in Figma.
When designers work with our font in Figma, they set up the Line Height value as they wish. When they send it to the developers, the line Height looks much tighter, with the same values.
See attached a screenshot with the difference.

We tried all kinds of strategies regarding the vertical metrics, but no luck.
We read this article from Figma, but not sure how to solve the issue.

Are we doing something wrong? Did we miss anything?

Probably means that the issue is not within the font. I would try in a fresh Figma setup, and then see which one is the outlier and see if there is a special setting.

Also make sure the same (version of the) font is installed everywhere (the same way).
