Question: how does FontAwesome protect their fonts?
Read about protecting fonts in this thread here, but would like to know how they were able to disable features like ligatures but still get the font to work. Is that an additional export setting?
Font Info > Exports > Custom Parameters
Add “Remove Features” parameter and inside this parameter write
liga
dlig
or any other feature you’d like to remove.
