Python install problem

i have python installed, but i can’t set it in preferences.
and every time I install a plug in it always asks me to install python.

1. Uninstall and reinstall Python in plug-in manager
2. Restart the app
3. See again in Preferences

it’s running well, I updated the glyphs version
