Remove Overlap - once is ok, twice is better, thrice is best

Hi,
Is it just me, or does the ‘Remove Overlap’ command stall every so often? When I create, say, an Æ, I need to hit that Remove Overlap button twice or sometimes even three times. Why is that??

It only happens every so often, but when it happens, I will send an example

Also, note that if you have a subset of the paths selected, Remove Overlap will work on those selected paths.

@composerjk - I usually select all and remove overlap. I didn’t know you could do a partial remove overlap, so that is some useful information!
