Return Enable / Disable Alignment Status?

Is there a way to return whether a component has DisableAlignment set? I’m trying to get a list of Glyphs that have disabled alignment / enabled alignment in them. (I’m trying to make master-wide metric transformation easier on glyphs that have paths and components which are not automatically aligned…)
