Rotate Component no longer rotates around transform origin after component is transformed

I have an /O and and a /_part.Oslash as components in the /Oslash:

When I edit the /_part.Oslash and then go back to the /Oslash to rotate it, it no longer rotates correctly no matter if I try to re-set the transform origin:
