Same font, different styles shows different baseline in Indesign

I am designing an All caps font in 2 different styles with the same metrics. When I export to try the font in indesign each style shows in a different baseline. Not sure why this is happening.

Yes, it depends on the setting in Illustrator. See the Illustrator chapter in the Vertical Metrics tutorial.
