Selection goes far off while OT features are on

OSX 10.9.2, Glyphs 1.4.3 (581)
When I have contextual alternate or ligature, (possibly other features too), I cannot select or edit the outlines accurately. All the internal coordinates seems to go far off to the left, and I need to select somewhere on the far right.

[Edit: this seems to happen when there’s substitution actually happening]

And I’m still waiting for the response on the issues on italic small cap and kerning exception.
