I have been having problems with the “Show Stem Thickness” plug-in for a long time. The problems seem to arise in conjunction with various other plug-ins.
The result is always the same: the view is not updated. The measuring line is stuck (or is permanently no longer visible). Until now, the triggers were always unclear, but I have now been able to identify at least some of them.
Example in the video: Of the view plug-ins, only the “Show Stem Thickness” plug-in and the “Sync Tabs” plug-in are activated.
If you switch to the next letter, your plug-in stops. If you zoom in and out, it continues to work.
As already mentioned, this behavior also occurs in conjunction with other plug-ins. (e.g. “Show all Backgrounds”)
Sometimes you can only get “Show Stem Thickness” to work again by switching it off and on again.
In addition, it often stops working if you simply switch another view plug-in on or off. A simple mouse click usually helps here.
Perhaps others can help to track down the problem. Or is it just me?
