I have an issue each time I want to change or subtract a value to a current sidebearing: Glyphs automatically adds the new value to the current value.
Is it something I missed or it’s a bug?

That has been happening to me too; have to be careful to make sure it comes out right.
A known issue. But… we could not reliably reproduce it yet. If you can find a series of steps that always reproduces the issue, we can fix it.

What version of Glyphs do you have?
In my case I have G3.0.3 [latest build].
I have 3.0.3 (3072).
What exactly are you typing. Can you make a small screencast?
