Singular Bezier handle resets to (0,0)

Hi, I am creating a variable typeface with some strange interpolating shapes. When I use the Variable Font View 3 plugin to view interpolation, there is always a curve handle that snaps to 0,0.

It seems to only affect the first frame of each master, and the same handle in the loading order each time. It disappears if I change the value to “1” in the preview dialogue box as opposed to 0. My question is, is this a visual glitch in Glyphs, or will this effect the final font file?

Just checked, and the glitch doesn’t appear after export!
