Small Cap Metrics disappearing at every open (3076)

I have set a Small Cap Height Custom Metric to my file but it keeps disappearing whenever I reopen the file.

Also, the anchor keeps locking into the x-height, but it would be really helpful if it stuck to the Small Cap Height.

Can you set the file type to format 3 in Font Info > Other.
