Smart Filter "All Layers are Auto-Aligned" and empty layers

Currently, if a glyph has empty layers for some masters, but components are auto-aligned in another, it will be shown in the filter.

Could it be possible to not count empty layers as layers with non-aligned components?

Can you explain how that can happen?

I have a multiscript .glyphs file with different widths, but not all scripts support all widths.
Latin supports all widths, but Cyrillic for example, supports only the normal width.

Therefore, in the Condensed and Extended masters, my Cyrillic layers are empty.
