Sorting of Schwa/schwa inconsistent

Tiny small issue:
/Schwa has sorting “Sz”, and /schwa “ez”
it messes up the paste-special command when used with multiple glyphs between uppercases and lowercases

Which you like better?

My personal taste goes for “ez” since it is described as a turned “e” (as opposed to the turned “a”) in the IPA set.

But then someone else would have another logic.
