Special layers drag and drop

Hi there,
Im not sure if this feature was present or I just imagined it, but I swear we were able to drag and drop special layers in-between masters.
It’s not possible in current build 3.3 (3322)

Now, when I want to place the intermediate layer at different position, I have to create new one and copy paths from the old one. Could be a time saver if there was drag and drop.

I don’t think this was ever possible. Drag and drop within a master is possible, but not between masters.
