Spurious master compatibility alert?

A lot of glyphs that use alternate layers now get flagged as having incompatible masters. I haven’t checked, but I could well imagine it’s the entirety of glyphs with alternate layers that are affected. Meanwhile, there seems to be nothing wrong with the ordering of paths and components, and the instances turn out fine. Does the algorithm to check for compatibility just trip up on the new syntax for alternate layers?

This is still an issue in [3077].

You need a bracket layer in all masters. Or add a “Enforce Compatibility” parameter and unset it.

OK, thanks!
