Strange ccmp lookup (2.6.7 (1357))

Hi,
in Pangea I just found these lines in the auto ccmp:

lookup ccmp_latn_1 {
	sub itildebelow by i tildebelowcomb;
	sub istroke by i strokeshortcomb;
} ccmp_latn_1;

which don’t make sense to me.
What’s the background?

I think it’s done so that the decomposed i can lose its dot if it is combined with other diacritical top marks later. But I don’t like it either :wink:

In Glyphs 3, only the first line will be added.
