Strange style linking issue

I have a customer who is having a strange issue where not all four weights of a RIBBI font are showing up in Windows Adobe apps, and some are misrepresented – the “Regular” looks Bold, while the “Bold Italic” looks like Italic.

Does the report on fontbakery.com for your four files reveal anything about the name table/style linking?

Good suggestion! But it checks out fine.

The setup seems to be fine. Can you try with a shorter family name?
