Suggestion about Hangul metric

Hello, I have a problem about metric while working on Hangul and Latin.
When I change the metrics for Latin, it affects to Hangul.
For example, when I change descender for Latin, it affects all Hangul glyphs and unit is changed.

So I uploaded the image what I would like to suggest.
Is there a better way not to affect Hangul when I change the metrics for Latin?
Could it be possible to have set up independently metrics for the Latin glyphs and two values (top and bottom) for the Hangeul heights?

That is already possible. Add an ascender or descender custom parameter:
