What about this?
In the left list with characters, symbols etc.
What about a list with common symbols, like arrows, circles etc.
OR
The full unicode list of symbols.
Maybe a huge task to include, but it sure would be handy.
The arrows where supposed to be there but they did not work because of a typo. I fixed that.
I will not add all symbols from unicode because that are way to much. If you like to add one, you can use the Glyph Info panel.
