I strongly suggest adding U+200C “Zero Width Non-Joiner” to the Farsi preset for “New from Glyph Set”.
I know that it is considered to be part of “Separator” category, but it is essential in Farsi fonts. Yo can’t have a proper Persian font without it.
I also always add U+202F to Farsi fonts, but it is not as common as U+200C.
