Suggestion for Scale and Rotate tools

I have a suggestion for the Scale (S) and Rotate ® tools:

Instead of the current “click to add origin and drag” method, the Scale tool would show and use the Bounding Box for transformations. Hovering the corners ( while holding option ) would show a rotate cursor, allowing rotation without the need of a separate Rotate tool. This approach would feel more native to the way illustrator and other design applications handle transformations.

Any thoughts?

I don’t see the point of bounding box scaling, as bounding box is already supported in the select tool, which is the same difference as Adobe Illustrate, by the way.

I do wish bounding box rotation to be added in the future (not to rotation tool).
