I don’t remember reason we had to name Tcedila / tcedila as uni0162/63, but I presume it’s old end solved, right?
Just add Tcedilla and Tcommaaccent and automate locl. It’s a legacy issue, not really a problem anymore. For backwards compatibility maybe.
The names and Unicode where a ness in the past. So it was safer to use uni names.
