Terminal window left behind after crash

Hi Team,
I’ve has a few little crashes over the last week. Admirably, Glyphs has reopened seamlessly with no lost work. When Glyphs restarts, the terminal window appears and then the crash report screen comes up. I fill in the report and close, however the terminal window is left.
Should this close automatically or is it still doing something?
When I close it the warning says: “Closing this window will terminate the running process Glyphs 3.”

The code displayed is:

Last login: Tue May 11 13:30:42 on ttys000
The default interactive shell is now zsh.
To update your account to use zsh, please run `chsh -s /bin/zsh`.

Interesting, hmmm. You can start Glyphs with a Terminal command. But this never happened to me unless I did it on purpose. I wonder what triggers the appearance of the Terminal window. Which plug-ins are you running?

Yes, you can close the Terminal.app window and, if it asks you to, simply confirm the termination of running processes.

Thanks. Plug-ins; currently just RMX, Noodler, Smart Plumblines, Show Styles.
