How do I force Glyphs app to ignore this, I got this error while changing the Python from Glyphs to Homebrew. Now I changed it back and there’s no reason for me to reinstall all my plugins. I even tried deleting my plugin folder, opening glyphs, closing and putting it back . I still get the error.
The flag is set on the plugin file in “Plugins”. Remove/reinstall it.
There is a flag to disable that check altogether. I’ll need to look it up.

I believe it’s the DebugMode user defaults key, per the linked post.
