The preview panel doesn't work

I have Glyphs version 2.2.2 the preview panel not display any image, How can I activate it?

Do you have an instance set up in the frontmost font?

No, I haven’t. What conditions determines the appearance or image in the preview panel?

Hi @yomoore,

You should have set at least one instance in order to trigger the preview of the face in the preview panel.

Both Preview areas are for previewing instances, i.e., the actual fonts you are going to export. The Edit view itself is already a preview of the master.
