Transformations affects wrong glyphs and sets width to zero

Sometimes when I run Transformations on a glyph (e.g. to slant it), I later discover that the transformation was also applied to some other glyph(s) – usually one I was working on recently. It also sets the other glyph’s width to zero. Trying Undo on the other glyph will fix the transformation, but not the width.

So, for example, as in the image below: working in the edit view, I use Transformations to slant the D, then later use it to slant the H. Then I find out later on that the D has been slanted twice, and its width was set to zero.

I tried doing Deselect All before running Transformations, in case that could help, but it’s still happening for me. Using version 3.4 (3434).

Thanks for any help, this bug has been bothering me for a long time

What Transform did you use? The sidebar or the dialog form the menu? And do you have features active in the Edit View?

The Transformations dialog from the menu. No features active in the Edit View (assuming you’re talking about OT features).
