Trial version. Does not save a file. License issue

After an update a trial version (not yet expired) started to refuse saving a file. Is it a new behaviour of the trial version?

No. This is is an unfortunate but. I will upload and update today.

I just downloaded the trial and then I read that there will be an new upload today. Should I wait? (I downloaded at 12.30 CET)

Try if you can save a file. If not, you should wait.
