Unable to install trial version

Hi Georg,

I had downloaded the trial version and when I try to run it, it says ‘cannot install on this type of mac’.

I have a Snow Leopard Macbook, intel core duo.

What could be the reason?

The latest version 64 bit only and the Core Duo is 32 bit.

I’m still supporting PPC+Indel 32 bit with a legacy version but that will not have all the new features.

just now, I’m working on an update so stay tuned.

I see, I am not due for an upgrade until a few more months so it would be good to have a go at the legacy version, just to get familiar with it.

I look forward to your update.

I fixed the legacy version and back ported most changes.

This version is intended for PPC and 32 bit CPU running 10.5 and 10.6. (the very first Intel Macs (Core Duo) are 32 bit.)

All later machines should use the 64 bit version.
