In the Transformation palette, if I change the value and then hit the button to activate a transformation (say, setting it to 10° and then hitting the rotate clockwise button), I find that the Undo command does not undo that transformation. The issue seems to be one of focus–I am able to undo it if I click back on the main window first to change the focus there from the text box with the value. But it sure would be more intuitive, and useful, if I could Undo right away.
