Uninstalled Glyphs 3 but still showing in "Open with..." menu

Hi,
I uninstalled Glyphs 3 a while back, but it’s still showing in the “Open with…” menu. Looks like it hasn’t been removed properly. What can I do?

What happens when you use the “Open with… Glyphs” menu item? Does the app launch? If not, it might just be a caching issue in macOS.
