Units per Em - Scale Button

I think I found a bug here.

Using Version 2.6.4 (1273) - the scale button seems to do okay scaling the upm DOWN but not UP. Can anyone else replicate/report?

I’m on Catalina (10.15.1)

No Problem With me. Same Version 2.6.4 (1273) On Catalina (10.15.1)
Using only arrows Button I have tried to scale UP from 1000 to 2000 > the whole font Metrics got bigger.
then scaled back to 1000, all Metrics got smaller

I have not tried with UPM field.

I am on 10.14 still, where I could not find any issue either.
