Untouched glyphs coloured light gray

The latest version 1.4.4 (595) have the same annoying bug as the previous version.
Opened file (not touched!) colours some glyphs ( in my case IJ/Iacute_J.loclNLD ij
a.ss02 y.ss02 j.ss03 s.sups g_j iacute_jacute.sc ij.sc and ½ ⅓ ⅔ ¼ ¾ ⅕ ⅖ ⅗ ⅘ ⅙ ⅚ ⅛ ⅜ ⅝ ⅞ % ‰)
light gray, like they are changed or edited.

IIf I open the file and want to close it, untouchable - “Do you want to save changes” - window appear.

OSX 10.9.4, build 13E28

I tried to fix that before but this time I think I actually did it. Thanks for the reminder.

Just to remind you, this is still a bug. Version 2.3b (845)

Can you send me the file?

Version 2.3b (856) bug is still here.

Just fixed one reason why it might happen.

Obviously not the right one, there’s no difference.

Because I didn’t upload a new version yet.

Version 2.3b (860)
From my first mention on July 5, 2014 11:40 AM, this annoying bug is still here.

Yes, I also get randomly selected glyphs when opening files.

It will show gray glyphs the first time you open an ‘old’ file. But it shouldn’t do it again after you saved it and reopen. If it still does this, please send me the file.

Correct. After trying with the several files I know this happens, it seems it is finally fixed now.
