Upgrading Glyphs from 3105 to 3208 gives me a new fontmake error: IndexError: list index out of range

This is the glyphs file I noticed this with: https://github.com/googlefonts/mekorot/blob/main/sources/Mekorot.glyphs

It builds with fontmake at commit 7d71fe0, but if I open it with Glyphs 3208 and save I get a fontmake error: IndexError: list index out of range

The only thing that changes is the “Axis Mapping” parameter (it is converted to align it with the way fontMake is expecting it. I would remove it and add Axis Location parameters to all masters and instances.
