The values at Dimensions palette aren’t scaled when UPM scale is modified.

Same for TT zones.

FWIW, being able to scale the font to a different UPM via script (just like using the font info window) would be quite helpful. Would it be possible to add something to the API?

You can use Font.scaleBy_(), but that doesn’t scale zones.

This is the exactly what is used when scaled from the UI.

I have a look a the zones. Please report anything else that is missing.
