I have my personal scripts on a local repo somewhere on my computer and an alias to it in the Scripts folder. However, I have renamed the alias so I can organize the menu how I want.

Glyphs 3 shows the alias name:

But Glyphs 4 shows the name of the original folder instead:

This is the Scripts folder of Glyphs 4:

Could we have Glyphs 4 also use the alias name like G3 does?

Glyphs 4 (4202)

You can add a file `.localizedMenu` to the folder (in the repo):

```auto
{
"en": "_Fabio Haag Type development"
}
```

This is similar to the ways Apple localizes folder names in Finder.

Ah, I had no idea about that. Thanks!

it only works with aliases or symlinks in 4202. And fixing this broke your use case.
